I have been a teacher since 2015! I initally worked as an EFL teacher in Colombia, I mostly helped High School aged students to take their second language exams in college.
In 2018 and until 2019 I especialized in one-on-one sessions and company-dedicated EFL, working towards speaking proficiency, IELTS or TOEFL certification and company promotions for long standing managerial professionals
Since 2019 I have been a college instructor for Spanish as a foreign language at Temple University. I have taught from basic to conversational, intensive spanish and Spanish for the professions.
Since 2023 I started teaching writing-intensive courses, where students develop abilities to understand research and media outlets and produce their own point of view. These are called Gen Ed. Since 2024 I have incorporated the usage of AI as a review tool in these courses.
